Hi-tech Development Zone---Shangcheng Science&technology Industrial Base is located in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province and
the famous international tourism city. At south of the Yangtse River
Delta, west of Hangzhou Gulf, downriver of Qiantang and south of Jinghang
canal, Hangzhou city is an important city of the Yangtse River Delta,
the center of Zhejiang's economy, technology, politics and culture,
and the transportation hinge of China's east-south area by it's convenience
to the far east economy center---Shanghai and to the important international
port---Ningbo.
