　　Electricity supply: electric power capacity of 110,000 kv.
　　Communication: layout of 10,000 program control communication facilities
　　Road: a smooth and free road net with 20m main roads and 12m sub-main roads
　　Sewage: Sewage station with handling capacity of 500tons per day divides the sewage of the park, and will be linked with the main three-dirt pipeline of municipality's in the year of 2003.
　　Gas: Natural gas is the main gas resource. Now processed with liquefied oil, It will be installed gas pine below roads.
　　Virescence: Construction density no more than 40%, and virescence rate no less than 30%
